The Opportunity: University of North Carolina at Greensboro - Greensboro, NC
This project involved the renovation of existing student union space into a food court concept offering a variety of national brands. The design intent for the project was to create open multi-venue dining space and increase storage capacity with new walk-in refrigerators and freezers.
The design intent included providing the students with a variety of national branded venues. Emphasis was placed on constructing with limited change in the existing mechanical, electrical and plumbing requirements of the space. The project required demolition and renovation of the space during the summer break for students.
