Cedars-Sinai Medical Center – Los Angeles, CA

Starbucks Café - The overall 4,165 square foot project consisted of new interior walls which opened up the space to promote better lighting and air flow. New millwork, equipment, plumbing, electrical and finishes throughout. The Starbuck’s opened on the morning of June 14, 2021 and has been bustling ever since.

North Tower - The North Tower Café was completed in August 2020 at Cedars Sinai Medical Center.  This 942 SF project received new casework and food service equipment, as well as floorwork and new wall finishes in both tile and paint.  The plumbing ties in directly to the existing floor sinks.  Electrical was improved for fit form and function of the space.

Plaza Café - The Plaza Café is a 3,800 square foot space that was the location of the original Starbucks and is comprised of the BOH kitchen and part of the FOH food prep area.  New foodservice equipment has been added as well as new casework, seating and refinishing of existing counters.  A bountiful array of breakfast items, soups, salads, burgers and sandwich options await.

Pavilion - Pavilion Café went into construction on June 29, 2020, where this 870 SF space was renovated by opening up the space by removing non-bearing wall, adding new casework and food service equipment, new tile and painted wall finishes, floorwork and created a new wall structure to promote natural light. Project Completed in August 2020.
